Andrea came to us exceptionally deconditioned after recovering from a broken arm and having severe scoliosis. She has been relentless and consistent in the gym. She has already lost 10% body fat, several inches, and gotten dramatically stronger, and most importantly ENJOYS working out and seeing her hard work pay off!

About Andrea
I’m a sophomore at Cambridge HS, I like boxing and Jiu Jitsu, and I’ve got at least two bruises on my legs at all times. I’ve been at Core about four months. The environment and everyone’s energy is what really sealed the deal for me.

Pre-Core Fitness 
I did Jiu Jitsu and my own workouts at home.

Favorite Exercise
Wall slams for sure, they’re so much fun.

Least Favorite Exercise 

Music To Move To 
Literally anything with a good beat, could be 80’s rock or 2000’s pop, it depends on how I’m feeling.

Exercise Outside of Core  
Nope. Rest days are sacred, otherwise I’ll be too tired to work out the next day.

“Cheat” Food Faves
A huge plate of pasta, or a pizza

The Perfect Day “No Exercise Required? 
Kind of like an at home spa day. I’d put on a face mask while I watch TV or listen to music, and eat too much sushi.

Your Core Supporter
My dad, no contest. He’s always hyping me up and encouraging me to make my own decisions.

Why You Stay With Core
The trainers are great, and the equipment is better than anything I have at home, the results I’m getting don’t hurt either.

Core Transformation 
I have a lot more energy, I just feel better overall.
