Tell Us A Bit About Yourself I am 43 years old and have been married for 17 years to Kelly (we met working our summer jobs as co-coaches of Summer swim team league). We have 3 kids (2 boys-ages 13/10 & 1 girl-age 8). I consider myself a local boy having graduated from Roswell High School. But, I’m originally from Chicago, IL. I have a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy – where I played soccer and tennis. I am a business owner of two businesses – Offshore Precision Metal Sourcing and Commercial Real Estate Investing & Mgmt. My hobbies include golf, tennis, traveling, reading, and EXERCISE. I joined CorePhysique because I was tired of the normal, boring cardio/weight workouts. The group atmosphere is fun/motivating and the trainers challenge me. I think I’ve been with CP for approx. 2 years.
What Did You Do Exercise-Wise Before CP? Running, weight lifting, and playing tennis.
What Is Your FAVORITE Exercise/Body Part to Work On? I like workouts that mix both cardio and strength, constant raising and lowering of the heart rate.
What Is Your HATED Exercise/Body Part to Work On? Legs.
What Type of Music Gets Your Heart Rate Up? I like a huge variety of music, so you’ll find a wide range of songs on my playlist.
Do You Exercise On Your Non-CorePhysique Days? Yes, usually short runs & abs. I normally take the weekends off due to watching my kids in their respective travel sports.
What Is Your Favorite Cheat Food(s)? Lasagna and Cheesecake!!!
If You Had A “Me” Day (exercise not necessary), What Would It Look Like? I’d start the day with a CP group class, play a round of golf with my sons, take my wife & daughter out for dinner, and finish the day with a action movie or a good book.
Who Is Your Biggest Supporter? My family!!! We are all very active and we love to exercise together.
What Keeps You Coming Back To CorePhysique? The CP team and always feeling challenged and never having the same workout.
What Is The Best Thing That Has Changed About Your Life Since Committing To A Healthy Lifestyle? Overall, I’ve always had healthy eating habits and valued exercise. What’s changed the most is probably the accountability that Core Physique offers.
