Reggie found Core Physique through the Lean Down Challenge earlier this year and has been a dedicated member ever since. She can be found in the gym almost every morning giving trainers dirty looks and telling them she hates them. Oh but we LOVE you Reggie! Reggie kills every workout and knows how to push! She has seen awesome results since joining Core included strength gains, flexibility, and endurance. We are ecstatic to continue to watch her progress.
Tell Us A Bit About Yourself I’m 42 years old, married to Assaf, raising 4 wonderful boys. My family relocated to the US 5 years ago. I am currently a student at the University of Florida, studying web design through their online program, and loving every minute (almost). Going from a software engineer to an art therapist, to a web designer, I’m hoping this will be the last career change for me 🙂 I joined Core Physique about 3 months ago through the Lean Down Challenge. I fell in love with the trainers, the atmosphere, and the workouts so I had to stay:)
What Did You Do Exercise-Wise Before CP? Not much in the last 3 years. I play women Catchball once a week.
What Is Your FAVORITE Exercise/Body Part to Work On? My favorite class is the METCON. When I come to the gym I want to make it count and I feel this type of classes is the best for making you sweat!
What Is Your HATED Exercise/Body Part to Work On? I hate Jumping Jacks, for no special reason 🙂
What Type of Music Gets Your Heart Rate Up? It’s hard to say, all I know is that rhythmic music helps me workout better.
Do You Exercise On Your Non-CorePhysique Days? No. I’m totally dependent on you guys!
What Is Your Favorite Cheat Food(s)? BREAD! Fresh crunchy whole grain bread!
If You Had A “Me” Day (exercise not necessary), What Would It Look Like? It would involve doing something artistic under the sun, surrounded by nature, and of course, shopping 🙂
Who Is Your Biggest Supporter? For some aspects, definitely my husband, for others, I’m still searching for him 🙂
