Kolleen Riddick Losch is the creative mind behind Core Physique. She is a certified personal trainer, as well as Corrective Exercise Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a Master Trainer for Trigger Point Therapy.
Kolleen owns and directs Core Physique, a unique approach to fitness in Alpharetta, GA, that focuses on personal training, strength and conditioning, and nutrition coaching. She works with high level athletes in the NFL as well as the athletes of tomorrow.
Her passion is in the everyday person that is looking to improve their current lifestyle.
As a competitive gymnast and a collegiate cheerleader, she learned the importance of fitness and nutrition. After graduating from Virginia Tech, fitness remained a constant part of her life. She has been able to take her knowledge and her passion for a healthy lifestyle and incorporate it into Core Physique. She believes that one must be have a strong mental, spiritual and physical “core”. Her staff assists in the mission to offer cutting edge, personalized health and fitness programs designs that impact the lives of the people in the community.
Kolleen is well respected in the fitness community and has traveled all over the country as well as abroad to train other trainers in Trigger Point Therapy, a self myofascial release techniques. Her level of understanding the human body has allowed her the ability to work with NFL players, such as, Joe Looney, Zavier Gooden, Justin Pugh, Morgan Moses and Kony Ealy. She also works with other collegiate, high school and youth athletes, to maximize sports performance, and decrease risk for injury as well as restore range of motion.
Kolleen is determined to motivate people to a healthier living and reaching a more abundant life through a proper life balance.
She believes that we are all in this together and works to form a strong fitness community both inside and outside the walls of Core Physique.
