Becoming a certified trainer in 2013, Chris specializes in functional movements using modalities such as barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and TRX to enhance his client’s strength capabilities over the long term. His experience in triathlons, endurance running, weight training, and Olympic lifting have resulted in client success across the board! Whether you are brand new to fitness or a regular in the gym… male or female… young or old, his goal is to enhance his client’s physical and mental capabilities beyond their expectations while enjoying the process at the same time. Chris grew up on a horse farm in North Forsyth and competed in horse shows from childhood through my teenage years. Fitness truly is his favorite hobby. It’s what he does for FUN! He love challenging himself and watching the body grow and adapt to the stressors we put it through. It’s an amazing thing and he loves the process! Running a 5k used to kill him. Then, in 2015, he completed a full Ironman. Something he never thought possible. The body is an amazing thing!
