Stephanie Maxim is 48 years old and was born and raised in Roswell, Georgia.  She is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry. She has taught a wide variety of formats including Pilates, Barre, Zumba, TurboKick, TRX, RIPPED, and is also Co-Creator for DanceBattleBuild and Max Burn. She has apprenticed under the world renown, Gin Miller, creator of Step Aerobics and is a Master Level Instructor under her Hierarchy Program trademarked in 2011. Dancing is one of her greatest passions in life. She says that:

“Being able to inspire and motivate people to feel more confident with their bodies, to release inhibitions, and to step outside of their comfort zone is my favorite part about being an instructor.  Being a part of a group exercise class, whether you are the instructor or the participant, has so many benefits. We are all pulled in so many different directions in our lives. It’s great to be a part of something that belongs only to us, even if it is only for an hour a day!  We look better, feel better, think better and live longer. “

She is passionate about changing lives through exercise.
