Lucas Scates is an ACE certified personal trainer who specializes in physique building, powerlifting, weight loss and functional training. He grew up playing basketball, running track and field, cross country and wrestling.
Lucas emphasizes on correct form but also different ways to sculpt the body by using different angles, stances and grips. He’s currently preparing for his first physique show coming up this April.
In his spare time Lucas lives in the weight room and his go to is heavy resistance training with HIIT at the end of his workouts. He loves working with anyone who has a drive to better their lives through fitness and nutrition.
