Lucas found his calling at an early age and knew he wanted to make a difference to get people strong and healthy – beginning with himself. He fell in love with compound lifting and performance training for athletes. He likes a challenge every day and also uses that mentality in designing workouts that make his clients better every time they train.
He received his ACE Certification in 2015. In 2017, he competed in a Men’s Physique competition through NGA. Lucas specializes in track, cross country, wrestling, powerlifting and hypertrophy lifting.
in his off time, Lucas runs 30 miles a week and either squats or deadlifts 300 pounds every day of the week. And…. with all that heavy lifting, his body requires 4,000 calories a day – wow! Friend him on social media and you can see what he’s cooking up almost daily!
