Beginning Sunday, February 19th we are going to embark on a 6 week Sugar Detox. If you have a big sweet tooth, battle with food cravings, a little extra weight (especially around the middle) or you’re just sick and tired of being sick and tired, this is a program for you! Will it be easy? Depends on how addicted to sugars you are. Don’t know if you are addicted? Go through the first week’s exercise and find out. Will it be worth it? YES!!!!!
