We will match you with the right trainer for your needs, and help you to create a schedule that works for you. Choose one weekly session as an anchor workout to motivate and keep you accountable. Or, make it two or three times a week, and attack your fitness goals with a no-excuses coach dedicated to help you be your best.
The sky’s the limit… you can even mix and match with adding other services offered or another trainer to add some variety to your routine!

If you are looking for more personalized training to meet your needs, Core Physique is the perfect place to go! Our trainers are certified and very knowledgeable about the body. They focus their workouts on functional fitness, balance and flexibility exercises. We have three levels of trainers to best meet your needs.
LEVEL 1 TRAINERS
These are Core Physique’s highest level of trainer. They have Personal Training Certifications from one or more of the following fitness certification organizations – NASM, ACE or ACSM.
What sets the Level 1 Trainers apart from the Personal Trainers is their additional certification as a master trainer specific to kinetic movement or their specialized/advanced training in a specific area of fitness.
LEVEL 2 TRAINERS
All trainers are certified by either NASM, ACE or ACSM as well as Core Physique certified.
LEVEL 3 COACHES
All trainers are Core Physique certified and understand functional movement and are trained in exercise modifications.
