Semi-Private Training contains the best of both worlds – the accountability of a coach and the personalization of going it solo. In Semi-Private Sessions you will get the opportunity to do exercises that can’t be accomplished in large group classes. Your trainer will really focus on you, and your goals, giving you specialized attention.
Each person is doing their own personalized workout, but the trainer is managing the session, guiding you through your own, individual routine. Trainers pair you with similarly skilled clients and challenge you with a system of exercises that push you to make gains each and every day.
With Semi-Private Training our groups are never larger than 4 people, you should expect real results, really fast, especially early on!
