The Spring Break Program Consists of:
Full-Body Assessment to analyze your body fat and lean body mass, analyze basal metabolic rate and viseral fat levels to help design a program right for you.
Weekly check-ins with a trainer – body composition reanalyzed and discuss successes and setbacks
Nutrition Packet which includes a weekly eating plan to educate you on how to eat for maximum nutrition
To be successful in the Spring Break 4-Week Challenge, we ask you attend 2 Large Group Classes (Metcon, TRX, Barre, Upper Body, Lower Body, TurboKick, Core), 1 recovery class (Trigger point, Yoga) and 1 Semi-Private Class each week.
As most CorePhysique members already have a Unlimited Large Group Membership, you just need to add the Semi-Private to maximize your results.
