Natalie has always been one who likes to be on the move – from running with her sisters back in high school to recently running the R2R2R at the Grand Canyon (47 miles) which was no small feat. She started her career as a dietitian working in public health where she helped prenatal and postpartum mothers and their families eat right to stay healthy.
For the past 12 years, she has been working at a personal training studio where she continued on her nutrition and fitness journey. Natalie fell in love with personal training immediately and became a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine. In addition, she is Level 1 Kettlebell certified and TRX certified. She feels there is nothing better to helping the busy individual become a better version of themselves by helping them make positive changes to keep them young from the inside out!
Natalie is also a mom of three daughters that keep her active when she’s not at the gym. Interesting fact: Natalie is one of triplet girls so if you see a couple of faces that look like hers, your mind isn’t playing tricks on you!
Natalie is passionate about helping individuals to find their full potential body with exercise and nutrition.
