We do this using simple, focused techniques like Trigger Point (link) as well as our own brand of cardio, stretching and strength building work, blended with nutrition from our own staff experts. Leading the way is a core concept for us that sets us apart. Every trainer candidate is put through a challenging 11-step hiring process to ensure only best-of-the-best trainers are on our Core team. You can always count on our trainers to give you the best workouts every time you come to Core.
