Teen Summer Strength Class
Regular aerobic exercise, such as running or using a stationary bike, makes your muscles use oxygen more efficiently and strengthens your heart and lungs. When you strength train with bodyweight or handweights, you’re using your muscles to work against the extra pounds (this concept is called resistance). This strengthens and increases the amount of muscle mass in your body by making your muscles work harder than they’re used to.
This program, while not sport-specific, will deliver improvements in overall speed, full body strength and core conditioning for balance and stability. Delivered in a small group setting this program is an affordable way to improve overall fitness and develop the athleticism to excel in your chosen sports.
Our goal is to provide a positive environment to help our youth grow into stand up young men and women. We pay particular attention to form beginning with teaching correct techniques to performing the exercises and then keeping a constant vigilance over the class and continually correcting improper form.
The training changes with every class to keep things fresh, fun and challenging!
Team Speed & Agility Training
Is your sports team in need of some extra sport-specific conditioning to improve their game? Are you in the off-season and want to keep your kids active and in shape for the upcoming season? Core Physique is offering private Speed & Agility Training for your team. Help your kids get stronger, faster and more reactionary. Our basic package starts at only $60/month per child. That includes 4-one hour sessions. Other packages are available based on your team’s needs.
